During your entire period, you lose about 60 ml, most of it in the first two days.

Teens menstrual panties are ideal for light to medium periods. On heavy bleeding days, we recommend using the underwear in combination with a menstrual cup or tampon. If you have spotting, you can also use either menstrual panties or washable pads.

To be on the safe side, we recommend that you pack a spare pair of menstrual panties. Put your used menstrual panties in an airtight ziplock bag until you can wash them at home. It is best to rinse the panties in cold water and then put them in the washing machine with other clothes and let them dry.

Washing instructions: Wash before first use. Rinse with cold water after use. Then wash at 30-40 degrees in the washing machine, preferably in a washing bag, and let it air dry. Do not use fabric softener, bleach or vinegar, as these reduce the absorbency.
