Shipping and payment methods

Products are ordered via internet via the shopping cart.

All orders are confirmed by email, which states the price of the order, shipping costs and the products ordered. In order to recieve a confirmation, you must provide an email adress while ordering. 

The customer commits to the valid delivery conditions.

We will send an order confirmation by email.

If you are registered, you can check the content of the order through your user account on our website. 

It is possible to choose between different payment methods: domestic online bank payments, credit cards and invoices. In addition, payment through Maksukeskus OÜ’s website. Invoicin is an option to our business customers.

Payment options Paytrail

Paytrail Oyj operates as the payment intermediary service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. In cases of complaints, we ask you to primarily contact the online store where you bought the product.

Payment terms for Maksekeskus

Your order can be paid securely via the following payment methods provided by Maksekeskus AS:

  • Estonian bank links: Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, LHV, Coop Pank, Pocopay and Liisi ID
  • Visa / MasterCard credit card payments

NB! When using a bank link payment confirm the order and then click on the ‘Return to merchant’ button.

The personal data necessary for the execution of payments is transferred to authorized processor Maksekeskus AS. The contract enters into force when the amount payable is transferred to the bank account of the online store.
If we cannot deliver the ordered goods due to stock running out or for any other reason, the purchaser will be informed as soon as possible and the money paid (including the shipping cost) will be refunded promptly, but no later than within 14 days of receiving the notification.

Invoice 

Consumer customers invoicing is done by Paytrail. 

We send an invoice to our business customers when the products are delivered. The payment term is normally 30 days net. 

We mail products every weekday. Depending on the postal transport, the delivery time is normally 1-3 business days. To the EU-region, we deliver the order by air freight with a delivery time of 2-5 days. 

The customer will be informed directly about deviating delivery times. 

Delivery costs include postage and packaging costs. You can see the delivery costs after choosing the payment and delivery method. We deliver orders as a package, which you can follow with the tracking number.

The customer has a 14-day exchange and return right accordance with the Finnish Customer Protection Act. The right of return only applies to unused and salable products in their original packaging.

Include the following information with the return:

  • Your customer number, name, address and telephone number
  • Your bank account number
  • Along with any copy of your order confirmation

We do not accept return more than 14 days after delivery. Once the return is approved, the money will be returned drectly to your accountafter receiving and processing the return

THE RETURN HAPPENS THROUGH THE POST, WITH A RETURN CODE, 634954.

We hope that our customers buy products carefully and avoid unnecessary returns. As a responsible and ecological company, we would like to point out that returns and exchanges are not free of charge. We will deduct 5.90-9.90 of the costs from the return in our refund. We are happy to answer any questions and if you need more information about the products, we are here to help.

If the product is lost during transport, damaged or the wrong product has been delivered to the customer, the customer must report the error immediately to the email addres mentioned in the order confirmation.

Notification of incorrect delivery or defective product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the package has been damaged in the mail, a complaint about the product must be made immediately to the post office. 

We reserve the righ to change our terms of delivery. Before placing an order, the customer must be familiar with the valid delivery conditions. 

We treat all customer data in complete confidence. We commit not to hand over customer data to third parties.
